ACURA amateur radio repeater status board featuring linked repeaters, AllStarLink, EchoLink, and radio communication towers.

Repeater Status Board

The ACURA repeater status board shows the live online status of our linked AG2NJ repeaters and our EchoLink node. It also shows what each machine is linked to right now. Because the board refreshes every minute, you can check it before you key up or before the Thursday net.

LIVE Checking the repeaters…

Key: T transceive (two-way link)   R receive only   C connecting. Data from AllStarLink and EchoLink, refreshed every minute.

How to Read the Repeater Status Board

Each card stands for one ACURA node. A green Online label means the node has reported to the AllStarLink network in the last 20 minutes. An amber Connecting label means another ACURA node is still trying to link to it. Finally, Not reporting means we have not heard from that node recently.

Under each card, you will see the nodes it is linked to. The letter in front of each link tells you the type. For example, T is a full two-way link, R is receive only, and C is a link that is still connecting. In addition, a card glows amber when that repeater is on the air at that moment.

One note about the 2 meter repeater: its AllStar node does not publish its own statistics. So instead, the board shows what our other nodes report about it.

Connect From Anywhere

You do not need to live near a repeater to join us. For example, licensed hams can connect through AllStarLink or with the free EchoLink app on a phone or computer. Then check in on the ACURA club net every Thursday at 7:00 pm Eastern on any of our linked repeaters.

New to repeaters? Start with our New Hams page, or see photos of the sites on our repeater photos page. You can also learn more about ACURA.
